Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StackPro Tools ("the Service"), operated at stackpro.tools. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

StackPro Tools provides a suite of browser-based productivity tools including, but not limited to, image compression, invoice generation, QR code creation, resume building, SEO analysis, developer utilities, and document generators. All file processing occurs entirely within your browser — no files are uploaded to or stored on our servers.

2. Free and Pro Tiers

2.1 Free Tier

The Free Tier provides access to all tools with reasonable daily usage limits. No account registration is required for the Free Tier. Usage limits are tracked locally in your browser and reset daily. Free Tier access may be modified or updated at our discretion.

2.2 Pro Tier

The Pro Tier provides unlimited access to all tools, premium features, and priority support. Pro requires account registration and an active paid subscription.

  • Monthly Plan: Billed at the current listed price on the Pricing page, recurring monthly until cancelled.
  • Annual Plan: Billed at the current listed annual price, recurring annually until cancelled.

3. Billing and Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable subscription rate. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Account page or via the Stripe Customer Portal.

  • Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds are given for partial billing periods.
  • After your subscription expires, your account reverts to the Free Tier. No data is deleted.
  • Refund requests for exceptional circumstances (e.g., accidental duplicate charges) can be submitted to support@stackpro.tools within 14 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with usage limits, security features, or access controls.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service in a manner that degrades performance for other users.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any output generated by it without our written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with StackPro Tools are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any files you process or documents you create using our tools.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StackPro Tools and its creators, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content generated by the tools.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except in cases of severe abuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable national laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
